Yes, a limited number of camping pitches are available. These are just pre-marked boxes in a grassed area, there is no power hookup or water supply. There will be portaloos and drinking water for water bottles only. Permits can be purchased from eventbrite.

Yes, we encourage you to bring your own picnic, there is a dedicated picnic area at the event. Please do not bring your own alcohol to the event. There is also a large selection of food outlets and bars at the event for you to choose from!
You cannot bring a gazebo into the general audience area or VIP area unless you have purchased a gazebo permit, but you are allowed to bring a small beach tent for shade.
Almost all of the attractions will go ahead in any weather including the fireworks. Some weather conditions like low cloud or wind could affect the flying displays and hot air balloons.
It is not uncommon for Hot Air Balloons to be unable to inflate, they are very succeptible to weather conditions.
